<p class=MsoNormal>Earlier this year, the Reference and Research Education
Committee (RaRE) was charged by the AUL for Public Services, to investigate
software to help manage our virtual reference services (email, AskLive, text,
and FAQs). As a part of that investigation, we have trials to three
products: <a href="http://www.questionpoint.org/">QuestionPoint</a>, <a
href="http://www.springshare.com/libanswers/">LibAnswers</a>, and <a
href="http://www.altarama.com.au/reftrack.htm">Altarama Reftracker</a>.<o:p></o:p></p>
