Hi Paul and John,

I am with Yale Postdoc Association (YPA), we are a group of postdocs organizing events for Yale Postdoc Community. We have been in contact with Kevin&Stephen to organize Harkness Tower tours, we as well promote/attend your summer concerts.

Could you add the emails of the YPA coordinators (cc’ed) to this email list so they could be informed about upcoming concert programs?

Hi everyone,

We just wanted to remind you that the first concert of the Summer Carillon Concert Series is this Friday, featuring our very own Ellen Dickinson '97!  You will find her program attached to this email.

We will start letting guests into the Branford College Courtyard through the gate on Library Walk near High Street at 6:30pm, and the concert will begin at 7:00pm.  Admission is free.  We recommend bringing lawn chairs, and feel free to bring a picnic dinner.  Also, please invite your friends and family to come!

As always, we are happy to answer any questions that you might have.
