First Underwing of the year!

The moth light was hopping last night and produced the first Catocola for the 
year in my yard - Catocala vidua (Widow Underwing).  It's so nice to see them 
when they're so fresh and new!

I did have a Copper Underwing(Amphipyra pyramidoides) a couple of weeks ago - I 
see them as a warm up for the real thing.
