sending photos

Clay--I, for one, would find very helpful any information you (or others) 
care to post about manipulating digital images and taking photos in the 
field.  I have a relatively new digital camera, but don't know much about how 
to handle the images.  Right now I reduce their size in Adobe Photoshop from 
megabytes to kilobytes, but quicker ways of changing image sizes would be 
nice to know.  

Also, part of the reason I got this camera was to take pictures of insects, 
so any hints would be very welcome!
