Watering the garden this afternoon a fresh Spring/Summer Azure landed on the wet mud. It was the "violacea or neglecta" form.  I did not get a look at above except when it was flying so could not see any of the white "overscaling" that Glassberg talks about but will say that it was bright blue above in flight. I would have to guess "summer" by the calendar date but not really sure. Shot some 35mm of the underside close-up.
