Banded hairstreak

Hi folks - Some friends and I found a good number of Banded Hairstreaks in
Guilford yesterday (July 8), and lots of Coral Hairstreaks in Killingworth.
I've attached a picture of the former.  Also, a Northern Pearly Eye
(Guilford).

I added a new moth picture to my website that shows these really cool
looking plume moths nectaring on a daisy.  I have never seen them all
gathered in one place before in such a big group!  www.connecticutmoths.com
