American Snout

Earlier today, a very weary American Snout was flying around the garden in 
front of the McDonalds on Washington Avenue in North Haven.

Between this species and the Common Buckeye reported yesterday, I can't help 
but suspect that southern immigrants are starting to make their way into CT 
as a result of the southerly winds that gave us the recent heat wave.
