In the backyard in Chester today
1 Tawny Edged Skipper
1 Clouded Sulphur--extremely worn, flying very strangely, fluttering so much that at first I thought it was a moth, but then it landed on some clover and I got a good look

Still seeing Tiger Swallowtails all over the area
In Westbrook
 2-3 Cabbage Whites

P.S. New field trips are being added! I'll start sending reminders soon, but since the newsletter came out, the following trips have been scheduled:

July 10--Flanders Nature Center in Woodbury, led by John Himmelman. This is also expected to be our new Field Day location (August 7).
August 21--Earthplace in Westport, led by Larry Gall.

We're also expecting butterfly counts to be added. Stay tuned, and don't forget to visit ctbutterfly.org!
