Connecticut Outdoor Recreation Survey

Thought some of you might like to participate in this survery. Like the
Coastal Access Survey that many of us participated in last year, these
surveys will effect how funds are apportioned. So it is very important that
people who use the parks for nature activities fill out the survey. This is
an opportunity to mention things like adding plantings to attract
butterlies, lawn mowing practices etc.

Connecticut's Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) and the
University of Connecticut invite you to participate in the development of a
Statewide Comprehensive Outdoor Recreation Plan (SCORP). Below is a link to
a 10 minute on-line survey in which we ask about your recreational
activities, needs and opinions. Your responses will assist in developing an
important planning document which may well impact the recreational
enjoyment of many of Connecticut's residents and visitors.
Feel free to invite other persons interested in outdoor recreation to take
the survey as well. For those not on line the survey may be printed and
mailed to the Don Levy at the address below.
