Variegated

Milkweed???? 
Found this plant, see attached photos, while looking for those elusive  
Hairstreaks. It is a Milkweed but a variegated is new to me.
 
Oops almost forgot, this is a lep reporting site so:
Found those Hairstreaks, and the invasion has started, if 2 is an  invasion.
 
2 Striped Hairstreaks. 
 
At this time last year if there was Milkweed in bloom there were lots of  
Hairstreaks nectaring on them. This year it is a struggle to find one or  two.
