West Rock Ridge St. Park

On Saturday, 4/12, I walked the top of the ridge from the parkway south to  
the over look where I found the following species of butterflies:
 
Falcate Orangetip (2 males)
Mourning Cloak (1)
 
Certainly not an impressive total, although I was pleasantly surprised to  
see the Falcate Orangetips this early in the year.
