Naugatuck Sightings 7/28

Tawny-edged Skipper 2
Dun Skipper 1
Peck's Skipper 3
Wild Indigo Duskywing 20+
Cabbage White 1
Orange Sulpher 1
GRAY HAIRSTREAK 1 ( allowed for some nice pictures)
Eastern Tailed Blue 5
Eastern Tiger Swallowtail 2
Spicebush Swallowtail 3
 
I.D. help.  I had a moth/butterfly Perched with it wings halve  open on some 
grass in my yard today. It was all black with one  vertical white stripe on 
each forewing. About the size of a  sootywing but with more rounded wings. By 
the time I got to my  camera, it was gone.
