Monarchs

Got a report from someone who saw a Monarch in Westbrook on the 17th a bit  
early for Monarchs in CT.
I know there was a large release (100's) of Monarchs and Painted Ladies in  
Norwich, I believe last week. Have there been any other sightings of Monarchs 
or  Painted Ladies lately that could have been from the artificial release?
