I visited Stratford Pt yesterday (6/10) and had a worn Variegated
Fritillary among the more common butterflies. Also, a Monarch was flying near some
milkweed.

Next, I went to West Rock SP. The only species out of the ordinary were a
Northern Cloudywing (Judges Cave Trail) and a Painted Lady (South
Overlook). Surprisingly quiet despite hot, sunny conditions.
