Red admirals, nettles

As many of you must know, this site has very large pure stands of stinging nettles, and a lot of red admirals. 

The 4th and 5th photos are of a wasp parasitoid that seems to have hit a pretty high proportion of small caterpillars. Any idea of ID? 

Also: I am very interested in finding a stand of false nettles. If the caterpillars I am feeding don't mind, I would much prefer the "false" host to the genuine stinging nettle.
