Larry notes that he road to the top of West Rock is now open, but the usual
parking area at the West Rock Nature Center continues to be blocked by
Jersey barriers.  His suggestion for parking is for people to park and
assemble at the base of West Rock just inside the park gate.  We can walk
up from there.
