[Ctleps-l] Sachem

Saturday, September 1st, late afternoon- I was surprised to find a Sachem
nectaring in my butterfly garden.

This is the first time in at least three years that I found Sachem in my
yard.

Perhaps this species is staging a late summer incursion into inland
locations.

The fact that Peter D. found 50 Sachems at a coastal locality suggests that
this species is probably occurring in the state in good numbers.

If anyone else is seeing Sachems in inland localities, I'd be interested in
hearing from you.
