[Ctleps-l] Stratford Butterflies 7/14

7/14 Stratford yard, sunny and hot - In our gardens, we have a variety of nice butterflies finally: 1-2 Monarch (on Swamp Milkweed), 1 E Tiger Swallowtail, 2 Spicebush Swallowtail, Painted Lady (my foy), 1 Silver-spotted Skipper, several smaller Skippers (to be ID with photos), Cabbage Whites. Most are going to the Coneflower, Swamp Milkweed, and Lavender. Saw no leps on the several Buddleia bushes. 
I’m disappointed the inclement weather cancelled the recent CBA butterfly trips. Thanks to John Himmelman for his years as president, and to Stefan Martin for taking over the helm!
