[Devforum] Developers' Forum & OAI

Some of the folks getting this message are members of the IAC's Developers' 
Forum - other are receiving it as they were invited to a meeting organized 
by Fred back in July to discuss OAI and the Library.

In an effort to continue our discussions of OAI  and to provide an 
opportunity to share experiences and expertise on OAI as projects move 
forward - the meetings of the Developers' Forum will be devoted to the 
discussion of OAI for the next few months. As other projects of interest 
evolve and timing is right for discussion and presentation at the 
Developers' Forum (for example the VITAL project) our agenda may 
change.  Participation in Developers' Forum meetings will be expanded to 
include folks from the two groups.

The meeting time has been changed to Friday afternoon - third Friday of the 
month. I have sent out a Meeting Maker proposal for the next 6 meetings.

If you have any questions, please e-mail me. The first meeting will be an 
update on where current projects stand and a discussion of topics to be 
explored.
