[Eac-l] EAC beta Spanish translation

Dear Colleagues,
I have just finished a Spanish translation of the EAC Tag Library, and 
I am wondering if some volunteers would be interested in reviewing the 
translation. Probably I've made some mistakes, or misunderstood some 
terms or sentences. I would be grateful if somebody could improve the 
translation with suggestions.
