Dear students,

It may still be early to start thinking of summer plans but it would be advisable to do so early this year as funding may be lower than in previous years. I would like to bring to your attention the available opportunities and to urge you to get in contact with the Center for International Experience or with me if you are thinking of Greece as your destination.

GENERAL HUMANITIES AND SOCIAL SCIENCES STUDIES IN GREECE
Summer study in Greece can contribute towards the fulfillment of your Humanities or Social Sciences requirements, depending on the program you attend. Currently there are four summer programs approved by Yale University some of which are eligible for credit transfer. It would be a good idea to inquire directly to the programs themselves as some of them may also offer their own financial aid.

Bulldogs in Athens
Arcadia Center for Hellenic, Balkan and Mediterranean Studies and Research
College Year in Athens
Harvard Summer Program in Olympia, Greece

If you do a search for "Greece," you can get more information about each program at : http://www.yale.edu/yalecol/international/opportunities/
