A foremost authority on Greek cuisine, Chef Diane Kochilas has prepared an exceptional menu of delicious, healthy Greek dishes, developed just for Yale Dining and brought to you in your dining hall. This dinner will feature recipes from her books: The Glorious Foods of Greece and The Greek Vegetarian.
