Study in Spain with the Summer Institute For Hispanic Studies
When: Thursday, December 4 @ 4pm
Where: Center for International Experience Room 369, 55 Whitney Ave, 3rd Floor
Dr. Santiago and Bonnie Tejerina-Canal from the Summer Institute for Hispanic Studies will talk about their summer program in Leon, Spain. This program has been very popular with Yale students in the past, and is eligible for the use of the International Summer Award (ISA).

Calhoun College International Opportunities Study Break!
When: Thursday, December 4 @ 9pm
Where: Swing Space Activity Room, CC
Take a break from your end-of-semester papers and reading to grab some pizza and to learn more about the many international opportunities available to you. Organized by returned students in CC, this study break will give you the chance to get your questions answered by students who have already studied or worked abroad.
Thouron Fellowship: Summer Study at Pembroke College, Cambridge University
Application Deadline: This Thursday @ noon (December 4)
Want funding to study abroad next summer at Cambridge University? Then don't miss the December 4 application deadline for the John Thouron Prize for Summer Study at Pembroke College, Cambridge University. Three students each from Yale, Harvard and Penn will be awarded full scholarships to attend the Pembroke/King's Summer School. Information about the Thouron Prize, as well as application instructions and forms, can be found on the Student Grants Database<http://studentgrants.yale.edu/>.
If you wish to speak with prior Thouron winners, you may email one or more of the following six students: Adam Gardner (TD '09), Michael Losak (PC '09), Marshall Pailet (SM '09), Sydney Levine (DC '09), David Hamstra (DC '10), Kate Waldman (SY '10).
