Thinking about study abroad...
* What are you goals for study abroad? Do you want direct immersion in a university abroad? Do you want a chance to conduct independent research? Do you want to work on your language skills? Are you looking for another perspective to your major? Do you want a break from your major to take courses that just don't fit into your schedule here at Yale?
* Think about location: Where do you want to go? Have you always dreamed of visiting a particular country or region? Big city or small university town? If you have no idea where you want to go, but know you want to go somewhere, let us help you explore your options!
* Semester, year or summer? Do you want a full academic year experience in another country? Or do you want to go for one semester? There are great opportunities for both short and long term study abroad.
* Take a look at the Center for International Experience web site. To find out about international options for Yale College students, please read through the CIE web site - there is a wealth of information there about the many opportunities for Yale students to study, research, and work abroad. The site is located at http://www.yale.edu/yalecollege/international/
* Attend the Tonight's International Opportunities on the Old Campus meeting (see above announcement): Tuesday, September 16 @ 6pm in LC 101
* Attend the International Opportunities Fair: Friday, September 26, 1-3pm, Payne Whitney Gym.
