Thinking about studying abroad this summer?
Summer Abroad Deadline is April 17
Students who wish to receive Yale College credit and ISA funding for summer study abroad on programs run by outside organizations/universities must apply for Summer Abroad approval by our April 17 deadline. To begin searching for approved summer programs, please go to the Opportunities page of the Center for International Experience web site (http://www.yale.edu/yalecollege/international/opportunities/index.html) and click on "Search for International Opportunities." Once you find the right program, you will click on the "Start Applying" button on the program's info page.
A completed Summer Abroad application includes:
Student application form (remember to hit "submit")
DUS form signed by DUS(s) relevant to the courses for which you are seeking credit
            Dean's form
In addition to applying for Yale's Summer Abroad program you must also apply directly to your chosen program or university abroad.

If you have questions about Summer Abroad, please come to study abroad walk-ins this week (Tuesday 2-4pm; Thursday 10am-12noon), or call the office to schedule an appointment (432-8684).

Please note that the Summer Abroad program is not for students wishing to attend a Yale Summer Session program abroad, or one of the Yale-in-London summer sessions. To apply for these programs, please see their listings on the CIE Opportunities page.

Travel Clinic Consults for Students Traveling Abroad - Group Sessions
The Travel Clinic has arranged sessions/consultations, by region, for students going abroad this summer (and next year). There are several dates per region, and over the next few months students that choose to go to the Travel Clinic for a consultation can enroll in whatever session works best with their schedule. The fee for the consult is reduced because it is a group session, rather than a personal consultation.
