[Insightl] Insight 5.0 and wavelets

Luna responded to my inquiry:

1. They have successfully tested their JPEG2000 files (they developed 
the encoder in-house) with LizardTech's GEOExpress viewer (the same 
plug-in that opens the MrSID files) 

2. They have no plan to drop support, in Insight, for MrSID.
