Film availability [in SW England]

Idont know what the idea of a great catalog of japanese movies is, but why
not try the Center of Japanese Language and Culuture at Humboldt-University
in Berlin? They are interested in Japanese film there and several students
are working on related topics. They also started collecting videos some
years ago.
