KINOKUNYA Bookshops in the US : do they sell videos of japanese movies with english (or french) subtitles ??

The Kinokuniya in New York (see info below) has quite an extensive
collection of films (w/English subtitles), but I have no idea whether they
accept mail orders or not.  They are not online.
