Banana's Kitchen

        I understand that there are two film versions of Yoshimoto Banana's
"Kitchen," and I wonder if either is available in the US, or on order from
Japan (or for that matter, Hong Kong, where one of the versions was
apparently made).  

        I'd like to get a copy of a video, or learn how I can order a
screening.  Anyone have any hints about where to go?  I'd prefer a copy
with subtitles, but would settle for no subtitles if that's all that's
available.
