Title of Kaizo Hayashi film

I'm looking for the title of a Kaizo Hayashi film that had some film festival
playdates over the past year.

If my memory is correct it was short (40-50 minutes) and was a filmed version
of a stage production. I would have sworn I had ready about it in conjunction
with the Berlin Film Festival but I've looked over the Berlin web site and
couldn't find anything that resembled it.

Does anyone know the title of this film or have any more information on it,
including which film festivals it played?
