When I saw that booklet, I was disappointed Yamane and Hasumi had nothing
really to say about it. Perhaps it's just as well, since they would
probably never write what they really think. The answers show how little
anyone knows about Japanese cinema, and testifies to the power of canon. 

By the way, one addition to Li's counting: the _only_ documentary that made
it to the list was Fighting Soldiers, chosen by Sakurov. A fine choice by a
smart man.
