[Li Hoo Cheong]

I check the programme/booking folder. <Fishes in August> is described
as a debut film by a new director who first shot it in video.  It is
the story of Kenji's  (a member of a sports team) last summer vacation 
in high school.  Probably not Ishii Sogo's film of the same name (?).
