KineJapan commands

A reminder to everyone:

Requests to be taken off the list, temporarily taken off, etc. should not 
be directed to the entire list but to one of the owners directly.  Other 
members do not want to see such requests and they clutter up the list.

Most of the operations can also be done by members themselves, as 
described in the welcome message you received when you first subscribed 
to the list.  If you don't have that message, you can get a short summary 
of commands by sending the command

information kinejapan

to:

 listserver at lists.acs.ohio-state.edu

Note that I include this command instruction in my signature in most of 
my messages to the list.

For those of you planning to go away for a couple weeks after the 
semester is over, you might want to suspend your KineJapan mail for a 
while.  The commands for doing that are as follows:

To SUSPEND mail deliveries temporarily, send this message

To: listserver at lists.acs.ohio-state.edu:
set kinejapan mail postpone

To RESUME regular mail delivery, send this message 

To: listserver at lists.acs.ohio-state.edu:
set kinejapan mail

Only when you have problems doing it on your own should you contact one 
of the owners.  We'd be happy to help then.
