Traffic Jam

Hi,

Our local Blockbuster (!) has a Japanese film called "Traffic Jam" on its
shelves, and I can find little information on it. I'm very wary to rent it,
especially because the cover says "Music by Kenny G!" but if anyone's seen
it, let me know.
