advice

Hello everyone.  I just have a question for everyone here.

I am just wondering if anyone here has attended either UCLA or UC Berkeley.  I am planning on transferring to one of these schools to study Japanese and Lit/Film.  I attended the University of Washington and took 2nd and 3rd year Japanese there.  And now my wife and I are living in California and I would like to continue studying Japanese and film.

Can anyone recommend one of these schools, as far as the Japanese programs are concerned?

Does anyone know if the Film studies major is any good at Berkeley?  How about Film (theory) at UCLA?
