Kurosawa Kiyoshi

  Interested in any opinions on Kurosawa Kiyoshi. SWEET HOME and CURE are 
both great. Anyone seen his supposedly very brutal and disturbing SERPENT 
PATH and EYES OF THE SPIDER? Or earlier films like THE EXCITEMENT OF THE 
DO-RA-ME-FA GIRLS? Toronto is holding a retro of 6 of his films, including 
CHARISMA, in September. Kurosawa Kiyoshi's latest film (as of now) is GRAND 
ILLUSION, playing at Venice. I have no idea what it's about. Anyway, 
interested in any opinions/info on his work. Thanks!
