video activism screenings and talks

I've been reading the postings about Japanese cinema and the rise of
Japanese right-wing sentiments and the bulldozing of the hinomaru
kimigayo and wiretap bills with much interest. I regret I'm not joining
in the discussions at the moment, but I can recommend an interesting
gathering of activists strongly against the trend... for those of you in
Tokyo. Sorry about the short notice and the Japanese.   

The hosts of the event, VIDEO ACT! are a new initiative to support
