Sorry, mine's not out--as far as I know!  (If someone has seen it, please 
tell me.) Flicks has very limited foreign distribution, so if you 
individually want to order a copy, I would suggest some of the UK 
internet book stores.  Most that I have seen do list the books (including 
mine, even though it is not out).  The same series has books on Imamura's 
Black Rain and Marker's Sans Soleil.
