Many thanks for the reference, but one quibble is that Katyusha's song by Matsui Sumako was released on Orient Records (disk) and not on Kinetophone cylinder. Its sales supposedly kept the Kyoto-based company from failing. Looks like there's another history book I need to have! Thanks again! David
