Nobody (the Japanese title, in Roman caps) was produced by New Wave. The
1999/2000 Pia guide lists the tape as haiban. The latest number I have for
New Wave is 03-3584-3388. 

I reviewed the film for the JT  -- it was a straight-to-video action title
that I thought deserved to be rescued from near-certain oblivion, though I
had little hope for that. Good luck. 

I'll e-mail the review to anyone who's interested.
