Twins?

Is there anyone that know anything or have heard any rumours about Shinya Tsukamotos new film that is supposed to be ready sometime in August (?). I believe that it is called "Twins". I've also heard that a big (not specified) international film company will handle the rights and sales rather than Gold View who usually handles Tsukamoto's films. Any information would be most appreciated.
