Hi.  I'd like to re-induce myself on this list.  I was lurking for the
better part of a year on my old U of Michigan account, but I've now gone on
to bigger and better things.  I'm a huge fan of Imamura and the Japanese new
wave and I want to learn more about Japanese documentary.

But for now a question. Are there any good books or other references on the
history of Japanese animation?
