Haven't been following the thread but "Nagisa no shindobaddo" was the title
of a hit single (over a million sold) of the Pink Ladies back in early
summer 1977. Lyrics by Aku Yu (Fukada Kimiyuki, author of the original book
for "Setonai shonen yakyudan"), melody by Tokura Shun'ichi. The lyrics
refer to a beach boy bandit who winks at other good-looking girls even
while he makes his moves on one (bijo kara bijo e...). I've got the lyrics
if anyone is interested.
If memory serves, "Southern All Stars" sometimes remade old hits, so they
may have remade this one.
