subtitling movies

This is one reason we did want to open membership up to institutions: 
cooperative work may in some cases be necessary.  I can imagine some 
department having a prof supervise the project while grad students do the 
nitty gritty.  This may seem unfair to individual members who have to do 
it all themselves, but right now I don't see any way of balancing this 
out.
