Margaret O'Brien Japanese movie

I'm hoping that maybe someone can guide me in the right direction. I am 
writing a book on the films and career of former child star Margaret O'Brien. 
In 1953 she made a film in Japan with Hibari Misora called Futari no Hitomi 
(english trans is "Two Person's Eyes" I believe). I was able to find a copy 
of the film but I also need any reviews of the films and possibly any quotes 
by Misora or any of the other costars. Also, any stories during the making of 
the the film would be great. Does Japan have a film archive/library that I 
may contact or maybe a newspaper that has an archive to search for the 
reviews? Any kind of help or lead would be appreciated. My deadline is 
October 1 1999 for a summer 2000 publishing. Thank you in advance for any 
help given.
