Could this film possibly be about or based on Akita Masami, writer for SM Sniper magazine and avant-garde noise/musique concrete performer?

The Tokyo Film Festival closed this weekend with no awards for home
country films (it always seems they come up with one token award for a
Japanese work, but not this time). But quite a number of Japanese films
were shown, including premieres of the new Godzilla film and Miike's Dead
or Alive. New Cinema from Japan also showed a lot of films (including at
least one, Hiroki Ryuichi's _I Am an SM Writer_, which enjoyed probably
one of it's first screenings--star Osugi Ren, Hiroki and others involved
were there). I know a number of KineJapan members were there. Any
comments on the Festival or films seen there?
