         This virus alert we were all forwarded is yet another hoax:

         Please do *not* forward this or similar emails to all your 
         friends, or indeed to anyone. They're easy to spot: in     
         general, they're sensational (full of exclamation marks);  
         claim that an email with a given header contains a deadly  
         virus there's no known cure for; quote major computer      
         companies as sources of the warning; ask you to forward the
         email to all your friends; and usually contain spelling and
         grammatical errors.
