My feelings on this are this:

If the site specifically says (and many do these days) that the material 
is copyrighted and should not be distributed in any manner without 
permission, I would weigh against it. Half of the news I give you folks 
is actually off news sites on the net, but I refrain from re-transmitting 
it as is because of these issues (and because much of it is in Japanese).

You can, of course, provide URLs, which may be easier for some people who 
don't want to be bothered about getting loads of information about a 
subject they're not interested in.  If the site makes no mention of 
prohibition against redistribution, or actually encourages distribution, 
then feel free to do it.
