Hotaru awards at Locarno

News has arrived that Kawase Naomi's new film Hotaru, which had it's 
world premiere at the Locarno Film Festival, was given two awards at that 
festival: the FIPRESCI Award and the CICAE Award.  The first is given by 
the international film critics association and the latter by the European 
film critic's association.
