Just a quick reply regarding your query. Both GOHATTO and KUROTOKAGE were
shown in Amsterdam in the Film Museum here this year, so cinema prints do
exist in this part of the world. Their contact details are on their website
(http://www.nfm.nl/index_eng.html) , so I think this might be one possible
way of beginning your enquiries,

   Dear members of KineJapan mailing-list,
I don`t know if there are many european people on this list, but I think my 
question mainly concerns them. I teach a project on japanese film at the 
Humboldt University Berlin and plan to show some films in a cinema in 
Berlin in January. My problem now is, to get the movies. Perhaps some of 
you could help me. Specially I`m looking for films by
Shinji Aoyama,
further "Onibi" by Rokuro Mochizuki
"Black Lizard" (Kurotokage) by Fukusaku Kinji o
"Bara no soretsu" by Matsumoto Toshio
and the new film by Oshima Nagisa "Gohatto"

Perhaps one of you have an idea how to get them.
